FREE SHIPPING: USPS First Class shipping is included (both ways) with your order.

NO LATE FEES: Even though there are no late fees, movies must be returned to us within 28 days. (see below)


MEMBERSHIP
  • NO MEMBERSHIP FEE!
  • All members must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Rentals are available in the United States only.
  • A valid Visa or Master Card number is required.
  • Our membership application must be completed before you start renting. It's fast, easy and secure!
  • Once your application is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for this website.

    WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON.


    RENTING FROM US
  • Just click on the "rent me" buttons to add movies to your rental list. Once you've chosen the titles you want, use "checkout" to complete your order.
  • Please choose 5 or 6 titles in case something is out. Movies will be sent by availability.
  • Be sure to include your PIN during checkout to help speed processing.
  • Most orders are shipped within 24 hours via
    First Class Mail. Shipping time is usually 2 - 4 days.
  • Orders placed on the weekend (Fri - Sun) or on holidays will be shipped on next the business day.
  • You will receive an "e-mail invoice" via ProPay
    (our credit card processing company) once your order has been processed.


    • RETURNING AN ORDER
  • Your DVDs will arrive in bubble envelopes. Simply open at the end being careful not to damage anything inside.
  • To send them back, place the DVDs in their protective sleeves. Then put them in the envelope addressed to HorrorSource.com and seal it up.
    (Make sure ALL 4 discs are enclosed before sealing)
  • Postage is prepaid so it may be dropped off at any United States Post Office or Mail Box.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Because of limited availablity, we ask that you have the movies returned to us within 28 days from the time they are sent. Otherwise, your account may be suspended and charged full retail price for each DVD.


    • PAYMENT
  • Credit Card payments are processed through ProPay. (Visa/MC only)
  • Sorry, NO personal checks. NO exceptions.
  • We will charge your card before shipping.
    (ProPay will send you an invoice via e-mail.)
  • New orders will not be shipped until previous orders are returned and all amounts due are paid.


    • OTHER CHARGES
  • WV residents must pay a 6% sales tax.
  • A .25 ¢ fee will be charged for each cardboard or plastic sleeve not returned.
  • Rental product not returned within 7 days after the due date will be converted to a sale. This sale may be reversed by returning the DVDs within 10 days of sale and paying a $2.50 restocking fee.
  • Damaged or unreturned DVDs will cost the full retail price with most titles ranging from $15.00 - $30.00 each. However, some out of print movies may cost more than $50.00 to replace.

    • CANCELLATION
  • You may cancel your membership at any time. Just send us an e-mail to request your cancellation.
  • All movies must be returned and all applicable fines paid before we will cancel your membership.
  • NO refunds.
