House IV: The Repossession After a terrible car crash in which her husband, Roger is killed and her daughter, Laurel is paralyzed, Kelly moves into the rickety old family mansion. A decision her brother-in-law, Burke is unhappy about. He wants to sell the house for personal gain. A pervasive evil seems determined to force her out. Desperately afraid, Kelly seeks help and learns that the house was built to protect the sacred Indian spring underneath.
