Is my personal information safe?
As safe as it can possibly be. We use a secure server for our application page which encrypts your personal information and makes it virtually impossible for anyone (but us) to get it. All information is backed-up on a daily basis and is protected by firewall, anti-spyware and anti-virus software. We should also note that we do NOT share your personal information with third parties. You won't be getting any junk mail because of us.

Do I have to use my PIN when I order?
Its optional, but it sure makes our job alot easier. This feature also adds security.

Can I use PayPal or a Prepaid Card?
Yes, you can use a PayPal Card or a Prepaid Card that you purchased from a store. However, these options require that you pay a $50.00 deposit before renting. This deposit will be refunded after you've rented with us 5 times without incident.

Do you accept money orders or checks?
Sorry, we tried this route before and we always got burned. Credit cards only!

What if my choices are out of stock?
That's why we ask you to list extra, alternate titles. Movies will be sent in the order given and by availability.

Can I see what I previously rented?
Unfortunately, our website has no way of retrieving this information. We suggest that you print your order form before submitting it to us. This way you'll have a record.

How long does it take to get movies?
It usually takes 2 to 4 days either direction. However, some address may take longer. Please allow at least a week before you start worrying.

My credit card was charged, but I never
received an invoice. Why?

If your using anti-spam software with your email, please make sure to allow all mail from @horrorsource.com and @propay.com (our credit card processing company).

My discs arrived damaged.
What should I do?

Despite our best efforts, discs sometimes get damaged during shipping. Email us immediately with the problem then mail the disc(s) back. We'll credit you on your next order. If this happens frequently, we may be forced to close your account.

Its been two weeks and my movies still haven't shown up. What's wrong?
It's VERY RARE that movies get lost in the mail. But if they still haven't arrived after two weeks, email us immediately and we'll file a claim with the USPS. Your account will be temporarily on "hold" until we get the results of the investigation. Remember to always keep your address and credit card information up to date.

How do I change my address or
credit card information, etc?

Please use our membership application form. You don't have to fill out everything again, just your name and the information that needs changed.

Why do I have to return the movies within 28 days?
Because we are a smaller company, we have a limited number of each movie title available. You should have 2 weeks or more to watch your DVDs before sending them back. (1 week mailing time each way)
Think about it... If there is a certain movie your just dying to see, would you want to wait 6 months on some lazy yahoo to finally return it? Be courteous to other members. The quicker, the better.

Some of your "import" movies look like they are copies. Is this legal?
Some of our imports may very well be copies on DVD-Rs. But they were bought from foreign countries. These movies contain features never available on ANY format in the U.S. (widescreen or uncut versions, etc.) This means that they are not protected by U.S. copywrite law and they're perfectly legal to rent.

If I like a movie, can I buy it from you?
Sorry, but we do NOT sell our rental merchandise. You have to return them. But if there's something you really want, email us and we'll try to find a copy for you.

Can you get "insert name of movie"?
If your interested in something we don't have, just email us and we'll try to make it available for rent.

Do you rent all discs from a multi-disc set? (Example: Special Features disc)
No, we only offer the movie disc for rent.

How do I cancel my account?
We hope you will contact us with any problems and allow us to work with you. However, if you still wish to close your account, simply email us.

The movie trailers keep stopping to rebuffer and it's really annoying.
What can I do to stop this?

Our trailers are intended for broadband users. If your on a dial-up connection, you will probably encounter this problem. Sorry...

I have a website. Can I link to any of your trailers, pictures or other files?
Please do not link to any of our files. This is considered bandwidth theft and may result in legal actions. If there is something you want, email us and we'll probably let you download it for your own site.
